7th Ed. 4000 point army for Large battle

I am trying to create the best list for an upcoming large warhammer game. I have:

1 Slann
1 Kroq-Gar
1 Chakax
1 OxyOtl
1 Gor-Rok(saurus Character)
1 Saurus Character
1 Skink Priest
25 Saurus with hand weapons
25 Saurus with spears
24 skinks with blowguns
24 skinks with javelins and shields
4 Kroxigors
5 Chameleon Skinks
20 Temple Guard
1 Stegadon with Giant Bow

Any builds you can come up with will be greatly appreciated. My game is on Friday-Saturday. My opponents will be basically all the good armies. It was reasoned that because Lizardmen are at best neutral I have to side with the evil armies.

why no sallies for big rankit units?
 
These are the models I own and am unable to buy any more before the game.
 
Not sure if you'll have enough models for a 4k match...

You pretty much need to field all you got.


Wow! I just roughly added you units togheter and ended up on exactly 4000,- pts

That doesnt leav you with much choise though.. Chakax, slann and all TG in one unit, one saurus character in each saurus unit. Kroq-gar on his own, oxyotl with the cammos, stegadon, priest behind a saurus block, 4 krioxies in one unit. divide your skinks in units of 12 and go skirmishing.

My best bet.

are those skink units of 24 blocked or skirmishers?
 
It seems pretty character heavy. Personally I do not find any of the special characters to be worth their points value. Any way of using some proxies?
 
These were just all the minis I had. The skinks were in the mixed unit with 3 kroxigors.
 
well i'm not sure if the points would allow, but you couls stick your slann on a steg and get mazdamundi, then stick a skink priest on the palaquin and then you get tetto' eko
 
you need minimum 5 core choices and i only think you have 4
 
Easy to solve... split each of those 24 skinks into 2 units... itll give you alot more versatility
