AoS 3k Seraphalooza

Hello all! How are you doing? It's been a while! I'm moving to Uruguay and I get to buy one last batch of minis, so I've decided to concoct myself a 3k Seraphon list.
My intentions with this was to get a bit of everything, bodies, heavy hitters, magic, shooting, all the Seraphon package in an awesome feral fiesta!
This is what I've come up with, but I never get to play and can only theorize, so I want to know your opinions on how to get it more competitive without going too far from the concept! Maybe change the units, the battalion, spells, the artifacts? Should I add skinks, chameleons or flying dinos? 40 saurus unit and kroxigors are my only must for hobby reasons the rest could totally be changed.
I'm not a fan of summoning, that's why I chose coalesced. I hope to hear from you, glad to be back here!
