This should be 2999 points (my group will regard it as 3000pts, with the duplicate Chameleon Skinks)

I'm taking the Dragonfly because my opponent tends to put some scout unit in the woods right next to me. With this item I hope I can take that wood for myself.
Basically I'm planning to have the big Saurus block with the BSB and OB take the brunt of the attacks, using the two other blocks as flank chargers. Same goes for the Kroxigor unit.
A lot of Chameleons and Terradons to take out his warmachines and draw fire from his Anvil.
The Skink Priest is in there to use the generated PD. With some luck I could roll for the comet spell, and use the power scroll on a boosted version of that spell. If I don't get it I will take the signature spell and use the power scroll on that so I could hopefully disable one of his warmachines for a turn.
