What do people think about this list any ways to improve it in any way??

Only thing unsure on is little Skrox unit is it worth swapping for a 22 skink?

Going with dual Slann, you absolutly need the +1PD per cast on at least on Slann if you want to be able to use them both during a magic phase. It turns any mediocre magic phase into a decent one.

I feel like you have some good chaff but you are very light on Saurus. You are running very character heavy and I'm not sure if it's the way to go. You don't have much staying power but at least your army is fast and Skrox units pack a decent punch.

I would try to get more Saurus in there, 2 terradons unit seems like overkill when you have 2x10 skinks skirmishers and 2x6 chamo skinks. Lose one terradon unit IMO.

Salamanders should always have extra snacks.

I'd really try to get another big unit in there, either TG or Saurus.
 
Oops that's my fault the light slann should have +1pd.

Ye was thinking ofr bumping the saurus up to 30 I love haveing 2 don units I think tgey are going to stay what would you recommend changing?

Why do you think salamanders should have the extra skink? Never had any problems without one I just Carnt see why tbh .

I do kinda see why 3 combat units are needed but I should be able to pick fights with either of the lists above.


I used to always run temple guard nd lots of saurus but I'm trying to get out of that play style after some 2slann funky power housing haha
 
The extra snack is to allow your salamanders to survive an unluck misfire. Most people swear by them.

As for what to do with the remaining points in your army, it really depends on how much you've got left after you modify the list.
 
Have used two Slann at 2 tournaments now and have changed my mind from thinking they are good to not so much. Its nice having the extra spells but you won't get many off as you will often be trying to cast top level spells from 2 lores which means a lot of dice! Have been trying an uber Slann recently and found it much more potent! If you really want to hurt your enemy drop the Earthing Rod and take Bane Head on your death Slann - makes killing at least one character much easier! Also you might find the play style of many chaff/skirmishers a little boring if you are used to playing with combat blocks. I found it boring when I tried it anyway. Lots of running around and not doing much! Give me a meaty combat any day!
 
In my opinion, having 2 slanns is best with same lore, to be sure to cast the spells you need.
I would go for 2 light Slanns.
 
An I the only one that likes light and shadow better for this list? Cuz I think you'd fair a lot better that way :) just a thought
 
Lore of Light and Shadow really go well together. Imagine (I know it's unlikely but still): Bironna + Speed of Light + Okkam's against a unit with Miasma !!!!! Turn any saurus unit into a killing machine, making short work of any other unit in the game. Few armies could actually pull this combo off, but Lizards can thanks to the awesomeness of their Magic Phase. Just need 2 Slaans with Rumination haha.
