Hey all, i enjoy a nice sized magic phase in all my armies normally so where better to start than a slann, just wondering on how you more experienced lizardmen players think it will do
Slann, focus of mystery, focus of rumination, soul of stone, unfathomable pressence, BSB, sun standard of chotec
Teeto'eko
L2 skink, EoTG, Plaque of topek
3 x 10 Skink skirmishers
14 Temple gaurd, standard, musician
6 Cold ones, Champ
3 Kroxigors
= 2000, 11PD+EoTG / 7DD
I know fairly small force for 2k but hopefully enough damage output to make up for it.
Slann and TG tried to get close quickly and into a nice position for spells depending on lore chosen.
Teeto'eko trying comet every turn probably, just see how it goes lol
EoTG along with Krox to add more dmg but also that invaluable ward save to everything nearby.
Cold ones taking a flank on thier own as fast as they can basically.
Skinks just trying to cause as much havoc as possible as normally done.
So what are everyones thoughts? opponents mainly being HE, LM and DE i dont feel terradons will survive long enough because of the magic and shooting they normally play and just hope the higher toughness and armour saves of these units that they see combat quickly and effectively
