The army centers mostly around infantry, With a few cold ones and salamanders thrown in to help...

This is meant to combat all the lists above...and since there will now be an unbreakable skaven unit, along with beasts, I need to know if this is competitive enough...

(and the stormbanner doesnt look one use only anymore...there goes shooting down the monsters...)

Looks like a pretty solid list to me.

That is a solid list, just one thing though, drop the enchanted shield for a regular shield, this takes you down to 1986, use the 14 free points to add a champion to the temple guard unit just in case a unit champ issues a challenge and trys to tie up your character from attacking their character.
