Try amazon. I got a seraphon starter kit for 68 dollars.

And I can see charging a lot for the miniatures, but when GW pulls this "buy our new rule book to gain access to your units new abilities" crap, it annoys the crap out of me. And why does a rulebook cost $50?!?

Ikr then the special rule is somin like -1 to your armour save or units cost more points
I have a feeling that there's not enough love for the lizards

You end up spending £25 to find that out

Generals Handbook has 4 pages of rules for us, Seraphon Book has a few more, but I was personally disappointed with how little it contained. The AOS app has an option to buy “rules only” for less, and I use that a lot more!

No those aren't rules. Just warscrolls. You can get the most recent warscrolls for free in the App or on the GW site.
