Looking to tweak the list a bit

Slann Mage Priest (General and BSB)
Soul of Stone
Focus of Mystery
Power Stone
Skavenpelt Banner

Scar-Veteran on Cold One
Light Armor
Halberd
Luckstone
Sacred Stegadon Helm of Itza

Skink Chief on Ancient Stegadon
Light Armor
Shield
Egg of Quango
Ironcurse Icon

30 Saurus with Hand Weapon/Shield (Full Command)
20 Saurus with Hand Weapon/Shield (Full Command)
12 Skink Skirmishers with Javelin/Shield
20 Temple Guard (Full Command)
8 Chameleon Skinks
3 Salamander Hunting Packs
Troglodon with Divining Rod

I'd really like to get Becalming Cogitation on my Slann, possibly even Reservoir of Eldritch Energy. Nothing packs a punch like that Stegadon though.

My first thought is to drop the skavenpelt banner. Are you expecting to be up against a lot of skaven players?

Also when going with Focus on the Slann I would also try and take the harmonic convergence and channelling staff combo, that will give you (statistically at least) 1 extra channelled dice per magic phase and the possibility of a moment of sheer joy when you channel 3 dispel dice in your opponents magic phase.

I might be inclined to drop the smaller unit of saurus and use those points for something flying and/or extra units of skink skirmishers.

It gives Frenzy to the unit (no need to for skaven to be there for that), in a nice unit of TG it could be a nice addition to the amount of attacks they can do. But the amount of TG seems low to warrent this.

Yeah, sorry I managed to leave that part of my thought process out of my response :), long day already!
