Ok so it is a themed list, but I think it would be competetive, what do you think? Additions or subtractions? Critique?
The basic strategy is to have the block of saurus and temple guard (with the EOTG inbetween them) go up the middle and clog up the other army main line. The the skink skirmishers can warmachine hunt, or be a meat shield on the flank. Which leaves the two arks and the swarms on the other flank. All units would then be unbreakable or stubborn (besides the skinks) The idea is that one of those main units should break through and get into the flank or rear of the other units long lasting CC. The arks will be adding swarms (hopefully) and letting snakes loose the entire game.
