8th Ed. 2500 ideas

So here we go. After reading the rules and trying to pick out the units that are going to be more efficient this edition, I narrowed it down to these. Slann, Stegadons, Skrox, Saurus and Salamanders. Here's my 2500 point take on what I feel will be effective for us Dinoheros.

Small round up, symetrical infantry blocks with Krox delivery and staple Saurus units. Two Ancient Stegadon's, one with extra Impact Hits. 4 Salamanders and the Temple Guard block of ownage. All backed by a mega ressing, toughness boosting, regen giving hypnofrog!

P.S. Is my Slann legal? Can I take two different Arcane Items? The wording in the BRB is a bit vague, but what I think it's saying is I can't take two of the same item, not two of the same type. Clarification please!

Nope you can only take one item from each section.

Otherwise List looks good. Though you have no units to handle war machine hunting so consider some chameleon skinks or terradons that can harry your opponents war machines for your big blocks to get across the board.
