The idea appears to be to Spam Magic Missiles and kill most of my opponents crap before it reaches my Skink tarpits. It sounds fun.

I would make it two units of 30 skinks with 3 krox per unit. That makes the tarpitting work much better. I would deploy them on either side of the TG. I would split the razordons and give them an extra handler. Use those to protect your flanks. Run the sallies ahead of everything and toast whatever is coming.

That would be fun. Another thought is to drop a few priests and take Tetto' ecko. That way you get to redeploy d3 units. Then you can use the cosmic ability to cause IF without a miscast (IIRC), then reroll the comet's arrivial each time.
