8th Ed. 2250 Tournament List

Need to submit a list by friday so wanted to ask for some help in spending the final points.
PS I have a post about a Dual Slann 3000 point list I didn't hear any comments on if you have thoughts on that too.

Slann (Light or Life)
Rumination, Becalming, Cupped Hands, BSB, Std of Disc

Skink Priest Lvl 1 + Scroll
Scar vet - GW + LA
Scar vet + Burning Blade + LA + Shield

25 Saurus + FC
24 Skinks + 3 Krox + Mu + Std
16 TG + FC (Ironcurse, Flaming Banner)

2x6 Chamo Skinks

2 Salamanders with Extra Handlers

Comes in at 1938 points leaving me 312 to spend.
(Don't want a steg, avoiding all cannonball fodder)

Any suggestions? on what you think it needs.

There are 2 things missing in your list imo :
-Hammer : you have Saurus and TG as anvils but no hammer
-Redirection : there's only chamos that can play that role in your list, and they'll certainly be busy somewhere else, with warmachines

So my suggestion is :
-Hammer : Steg/Coldones/eventually skinks+kroxy
-Redirection : Skinks (all kind), swarm

So maybe 5 cold ones calvary (do you recommend full command?)
Put one of the scarvets on a cold one
One unit of Skink Skirmishers to deploy as missle covers to start and redirectors later.
= ~265, I'll just buff up the units with the rest of the points probably

For a hammer unit you can mount both of your Scar-vets. Maybe throw some more gear on them if you want them to have a little more survivability. Personally I think your Skrox is a good hammer. You just need to make sure they engage enemy units in tandem with your Saurus.

Terradons and skink skirmishers would be a good addition.
