So, first try at WHFB! I want something with a Slaan and lots of dinosaurs!

I have 47 points left! Maybe a Banner or a BSB...

good job! I noticed that most of your characters are large targets, and will draw LOTS of enemy fire. I dont think that thats the best thing to do.

Mak your SLan a BSB with WarBanner.
Then give you temple guard the blessed hitachi banner. You would need to drop like 30 points to do this. I would drop the Stegadon. Then add an extra unit of 15-20 mans with spears. Drop down maybe the 1st unit to 15 mans with spears. Also why give your Leader GW, you cant use it. You have to use your magical weapon in combat. I would personally give him Enchanged shield and burning blade of cotek and bane head if there was points left over. Then if you had a few more left over i could get a cold one for him for a 0 up save.

Why give the TG the Haunchi banner? It's much better suited for cav. If your going to give 'em a banner make it the sun standard of chotec make's the unit that much harder to shoot at especially with the EoTG giving out that 5+ ward save vs. missiles or the Heavens spell that does the same thing but 4+ ward. That's 40 pts right there and another skirmisher is 7.

Half...yes! Most...no! The Slaan is not a Large target...and I really want to have a EoG and a Hammer Dino! The Ward save of the EoG or from Lore of Heavens will help!

Sun standard of chotec os War Banner is a good call! Tks

You give it to the Hitachies to the temple guard because most people know that your going to charge 8 inches so armys like elves will stay away 9 inches so they can charged you. You then decare the banner and roll it and get into combat with them. Maybe elves is not the best discription as they always strike first but any army. Even ogres if you roll good enough you can charg 14 inches with 11-12 being average.

You can't have Cupped hand of the old one AND Diadem of Power on the same character. Only one of each type of magical item pr character.
