Looking at it so far it seems like it's a solid list. You got both some hammers and some anvils. The only thing that looks odd is the chameleons, can you have a unit of 4 or is there a minimum unit size? Other then that looks good, I might get ideas from this. Good luck with this WAAAAAGh thing.
 
Why the sword of might?

I'd say run with Blade of realities. Your oldblood has a near impenetrable AS as it is (scales/shield/armour/CO), so no need to bump up his S, not like he is going anywhere...

Drop the skinks to 10 man squads and maybe knock of a few saurus if you need some extra points.
Losing a few TG models probably wouldn't ruin your chances either...

there is a comp. score from your basic list and if you spend more than 500 pts. on characters it takes away points, thats why the oldblood is so cheap. and also why i added the unit of temple guard because you can make their champion a cheap hero basically
 
In my 1500point games i field 20 temple guard and i have to say that the totem of prophecy has worked every time. More often than not you are winning combat with outnumber from fear.
This i find much more reliable than the plaque of dominion, and not more than 1 or 2 wizards are withing 18inches at any given time anyway, and it seems a waste of 50points to pay for the mere chance of them failing what is probably averaging at leadership 8.
If you was fielding a slann i might consider it to drain out the dispel dice but with an oldblood?
Which raises the question, why have the Oldblood over a Slann?
 
the oldblood is cheaper than the slann and helps give some solid punch to the list, still tryin to get that comp score
