8th Ed. 2250 List for 8th Edition

Hi everybody, I have a 2250 point list that I wrote up for 8th edition and would like to know what everyone thinks. I have played one game against Wood Elves with it and it worked pretty well. Please let me know if you can see any improvements I can make. Thank you for any advice.

Core:
24 Saurus Warriors, Full Command, Spears
24 Saurus Warriors, Full Command, Spears
10 Skink Skirmishers, Javelins and Shields

Special:
20 Temple Guard, Full Command (Jaguar Standard, Champion with Burning Blade of Chotec)

Rare:
2 Salamanders, Extra Crewmen

Total = 2244

I would split the sallies into two packs of 1 as it gives you more maneuverability and if one gets charged the other can still fire
