im playing a friendly tournament soon and i wrote this list, this isn't a very comp list but thats not the theme of the tourney, alright here goes;

Looks pretty competative to me, hardly a friendly list at all. Temple Guards, 2 stegs, 11 PDs +1 per spell +1 bound spell(effectivly 15 PDs which is incredibly cheesy) and not a single soft choice (like a skrox unit, cammo skinks or swarms) . This list is far more competative than any list I've ever taken to a tournament and you should do very well with it.

The only problem with the list is that it has a little too many pts of characters and not enought troops. Sun standard is useless on the Slann, nobody will be shooting at the TGs when there are much softer targets around, like small units of CoC or Saurus. The biggest problem is the lack of skinks, if you are allowed to bring 15 PDs then you willl probably encounter stuff like double abomb, double hydra or double Jabberwockys where skinks are essential. They also make excellent screens against gunlines. 2-3 Units of Blow pipe skinks are imo mandatory. You also lack terradons, they are packed full of win. 1-2 Units of terradons would make this list more competative (if thats allowed ofc). Other than that the list looks very effective.

one thing; how do i have 11pds a can only count 9

Hmm I have no idea what I was thinking, obviously I counted wrong somehow, its 9 PDs + effectivly 4 from Rumination and bound spells, so 13 not 15 PDs / phase (which is still pretty extreme).

just played a game against VC
it was an extremely close game till my slann miscast and had already used his cupped hands killed all of the tg around him and got charged by a vampire his lord and a bunch of grave guard.oh well.
