What lore are you taking on the Slann? This looks like it'll be a good Light list.

I don't usually run my units without Full Command, or at least a Standard+Musician. These things are very important for winning combats, IMO.

I would rather combine both of those skink chiefs into one Scar-Vet and put him in the Saurus block. For 149 points you can make a pretty beefy SV that will out-perform two chiefs any day.

Against OK, I would take some Skirmishers/Chameleons (instead of the Saurus Cavalry) as ogres tend to have high toughness, but quite bad armour saves, plus you could use the skinks' speed to get the ogres out of line, and avoid some head on charges on your ranked units.
