So this is my first list I'm posting and its for a up coming tourny that's running that new composition system.(Well new to me any how) I've looked a a slann list and tried to figure a list that wouldn't kill me on a bad comp score and still be a strong shower on the field. No luck. Carno list seems like the best bet. Now I've been reading post on here for over 3 months (You guys helped me pick Lizards as my second army) My back ground in this game is a battle tested Wood elf player. My list still show alot of my old Wood elf tactics (low point cost units fast moving army) the only change is now I can use magic for offence, the heros are worth it and if I want a rank and file battle line. Ok list time.

There u have it. Thats the list. Some side notes about army. The saurus went from 17 to 14 due to points. Now what I see is a block that "should" be able to hold a charge (I just need them to hold 1) and let my other combat units side charge them or hunt down other weaker units of my enemy. The BSB has a better rate to live with the 3 + AS T5 and the -1 to hit him. The oldblood is tooled to hunt bloodknights/hydras/tree kin. The preist is there for magic def. The Carno/oldblood, CoC, EoTG and Krox are all hammers that can work by their lonesome or lock the 'hammer and anvil" or drop the double hammer on a unit. Skinks and salies are there for frenzied/ dragon/giants. I've ran a list like this against my VC friend and I rolled him. (game was a 2250 so this a weaker version)
