I think your 10 warriors and 3 Krox are a waste you could invest those 260 points into more skinks or guards. (if you have the models)

The Kroxigor may actually work against some armies (they are great against hordes) but about the 10 Warriors I agree those are not very useful.
For Warriors it is "go big or go home" IMO.

For an "Eternal Shadow" list I would probably try this or something similar:

Allegiance: Seraphon

Leaders
Saurus Eternity Warden (140)
- Artefact: Blade of Realities
Slann Starmaster (260)
- General
- Trait: Great Rememberer
Skink Priest (80)
- Priestly Trappings
- Artefact: Prism of Amyntok
Skink Starpriest (80)
- Artefact: Coronal Shield

Battleline
10 x Saurus Guard (200)
- Seraphon Battleline
5 x Saurus Guard (100)
- Seraphon Battleline
5 x Saurus Guard (100)
- Seraphon Battleline
40 x Skinks (200)
- Boltspitters & Star Bucklers
10 x Skinks (60)
- Boltspitters & Star Bucklers

Units
3 x Razordons (120)
3 x Skink Handlers (40)
6 x Terradon Riders (240)
- Starstrike Javelins or Bolas

Battalions
Eternal Starhost (130)
Shadowstrike Starhost (170)

Reinforcement Points (80)

Total: 2000 / 2000
Allies: 0 / 400
Wounds: 122

The Reinforcement Points are to summon a priest or Starpriest or two Razordons or a unit of Skinks depending on your needs.

Yeah with the Krox it really does matter who he faces.

I would strongly recommend to take out the 10 warriors. You already have battleline completed and they won't be that useful. Make the x20 skinks into a 40 instead !

I dont have models. I have, aswel stegodon, bastiladon, troglodon engine, 2 sali with handlers, 5 knights, oldblood on foot, skink champions, 20 skinks wit javenils and shileds.

How about this one?

Slann Starmaster (260)
- General
Saurus Eternity Warden (140)
Skink Starpriest (80)
10 x Saurus Guard (200)
10 x Saurus Guard (200)
5 x Saurus Guard (100)
40 x Skinks (200)
10 x Skinks (60)
6 x Terradon Riders (240)
4 x Razordons (160)
3 x Skink Handlers (40)
Eternal Starhost (130)
Shadowstrike Starhost (170)

Total: 1980 / 2000

Comments?

Looks ok to me.

Would you change something?

Maybe just stick to 1 10x guard and save those 100p for summon?

Im seeing a pattern were everyone want to go 10x5x5x with guard...why?

Well, it is a tradeoff.
Putting too few points in guards risks getting a whole unit destroyed very quickly with mortal wounds.
You can play even 5+5+5 against some armies but it is risky.
Too big groups makes you inflexible and since guards are very expensive per wound it gets risky as well.

One bigger group is the middle ground between those extremes. Threatening enough so your enemy can't ignore that big group. Still not too expensive.

And it looks cool.

You can still use the first one. Just take out the krox and the warriors. You'll have 260 pts for reinforcements.

You can also, with the above, replace the skinks in the shadowstrike with more chamo skinks, and summon the skinks if you need some help
