This is the list i want to use in the tourney but im not realy sure because i don't have any terradons or skink skirmishers. can you people say if i miss something completly?

you know since your 2 level 2 skink priests are on engines of the gods they go up one level, so they are actually level 3 wizards, but if the stegadon dies this doesn't apply any more.

The only thing you really miss from your list is a fair and sportsmanlike compostion. If there are any soft-scores in the tournament your going to, you'll get stung.
Here is your list, i'll make my own suggestions. Don't be offended. You can utterly ignore me if you choose, no worries.

Engine Of The Gods --> Buy troops (prolly skimishers, mabye razordon [no more than one] or terradons [no more than one unit of three].

Banner + Musician -->(give banner bearer the War Banner) Get Revered Guardian (unit champion upgrade) and give him enchanted shield for making him more tankage in challenges. You NEED unit champions in expensive/elite units.

Otherwise bro, your army is pretty sweet. The points you get from dropping the second eotg will allow you to get more units, and increase you compostion score if you spend them on them. You can still take a second skink priest (if your tournament allows butt-tonnes of magic, that is) with the cloak of feathers, but he is really kinda unnecessary. He really is. A scar vet on foot with a great weapon and Charm of the Jaguar warrior (starting deployment in a unit of saurus) is far moe badass.
