Heroes of the game were the Chameleons who took out 2-3 man units of Lead Belchors. They even managed to take out 1 unit before they ever fired a shot!
The SKROX unit was charged by unit of 6 Iron Guts, and the general's unit (dont know name of Ogre unit they were 8 Ogres in Heavy armor with great weapons) in turn 1 and was beaten down to 4 Skinks and 1 Krox by turn 6, but they survived.
Slann unit charged in to help SKROX in turn 2, Ghost Slann issued a Challenge and kept the Ogre General armed with a GW (no magic items thank the gods) tied up for a a few rounds of combat and managed to even get a couple of wounds on him.
Opponent forgot to use Flame Heart, or Burning Heart (what ever it is called) and once Slaan got up Throne of Vines he was more worried about blocking Slaans spells than dispelling Throne, so never got to use it. Bonus for me.
