I'd take Salamanders over your Razordons anyday. If they wound, they make automatic panic tests, that in itself is crazy and I'd run them 1 and 2 so you have one/two on each flank.

The skink chief is a fun idea and it will be super cool when he charges, but be careful he is a point sink. I like him though I don't think he is good enough in a competitive enviroment.

I assume you plan on running the slann solo / with a skirmisher grp?

Overall a solid list, but with only 2 real combat units. That is imo your weakness in the list

Scar-vet BSB is illegal - magic banner or other magic items, not both. He also isn't well built and generally serves no purpose. Put the BSB on the Slann. Setup the scar-vet to fight or just drop him entirely. With the points sunk into the warspear and only 500 pts on heroes, dropping the scar-vet might be best.

To me, the warspear is not worthwhile on a baby stegadon. You need the Ancient and Strength 6 for the warspear to have a chance of being worth the cost. Running only one stegadon makes him a magnet for anything the enemy has to hurt him, and including the warspear makes him more of a magnet. I would be very surprised if he is effective in this list.

Razordons are generally fairly poor and are massively inferior to Salamanders.

i run razordons because of their amazing defensive capabilities and thank you for pointing out the scar vers "illegalness" so ill try the slann bsb but i guess i can take out the cheif and run some sallies i usualy run both razors and them but just couldent fit them in
