I may be the only one that thinks it but flaming attacks can seriously come back to bite you in the butt. Dragon Princes or High elves in general shrug them off and many character can do the same for little to no points cost. If you are playing open list this isn't really a problem but there are just too many surprises imo.

Yeah I couldn't really figure out a good build for the carni lord, but I can always use my hand weapon in that case, s5 is still no joke, especially against elves ;]

If you have a special/magic weapon you HAVE to use it, there is no more choosing which weapon you use. If you have halberds and hand weapons you have to use the halberds, same for any weapon that is not a hand weapon.

True, true about using the magic weapon. No more switching it up. I agree with the comment about having flaming attacks. It's becoming overrated the more and more I play. I usually opt for something else, although the -4 in total from the BBoC is pretty sweet.

As for the list, I'd combine the 2 units of Saurus and just make it one big brick of 40 Saurus Warriors. I'd also consider either dropping the CoC altogether and going with more Saurus or dropping it down to about 5 or so, and add another SV. CoC are not that great in this edition (even with the 2+ save) and are WAAAAYYY over-priced. If you want some heavy hitters you could even throw in an ancient steg. I also recommend a salamander or 2. Just sayin'.... hope that helps. Let me know how it turns out for you.
