You need 104.5 more points in core for the list to be legal. I suggest beefing out the saurus and adding another unit of skinks.

Trade harrowing for Becalming or put the points into core. (terror is pretty much pointless, esp since you'll be ITP in the temple guard.)

I'm not a real big fan of your scar vet set-up. With the changes to look out sir, him being mounted is a disadvantage. I'd give him the basic lt armor + shield, a solid magic weapon, the dragon helm and keep him on foot.( He'll still have a 2+ save and you won't have to worry about stupidity or eating a cannonball.) Your saurus ought to stay stubborn for awhile even without the crown. Leftover points should go to core.

Might want to run the Temple Guard with 16 in a 5x4 to make more points for core as well.
