Your scar veteran isn't a bad setup, though I feel like he is lacking some defense. Perhaps the Glyph Necklace? I'd give your priest the Diadem of Power as well if you could.

I would drop your saurus units to 18 with spears and rank em 6x3. Make the first unit 17 if your going to use the scar-vet to fill a spot. And give them standards, but drop the champ on the second unit. You only need the champ in the unit with your scar-vet to take a challenge you don't favour.

I wouldn't put your priest in a unit of skirmishers, I'd drop the 10 skink skirmishers, and make them 10 skink cohorts (ranked skinks) with no command. And I'd put the priest alone in a forest or something.

I'd drop 5 chameleon skinks and go with one unit of 5. Use those extra points to feild another unit of 10 ranked skinks with no command.

Tactically: your chameleon skinks marchblock and harass, as well as your two units of terradons. You can use the two units of terradon to hurt/kill fast cavalary with drop rocks+shooting (really any annoying lightly armored foe) and hunt warmachine crews and such. As the enemy gets whittled down by dart/javelin fire, perhaps some close combat with terradons against a weakened fast cavalry unit or something, you would then use the 2 units of ranked skinks to redirect the enemy, and charge with saurus. Against a heavy shooting list, screen the saurus with the skinks and charge across the board quickly, unless your terradons and chameleons can handle it to the point where they have to come to you.

If you want to field a small army with a big punch, I would say to drop, for example, all 10 camo skinks and one of the terradon units and 25 pts somewhere else to get a vanilla steggie in there. stego=carnage in small games

however, if you don't love stegs as much as I do, then what you have there is pretty good as long as you give all saurus spears. they just own at spearage.
