8th Ed. 1600pts no Lords list

So thinking about running this for an upcoming tourney.
No Lords or SCs allowed and 25% max on Heroes.

Some smash-face in there (CarnoVet, Kroxblox, Rippers); a wedge of Saurus to chew through stuff; a mix of shooting (poison skinks; S4 Razors); the Razors will do a half decent job in combat too; Basti for holding up a flank and lazering stuff with all my PD.

I'm a bit worried about magic, but seeing as no-one will have a Level 4 it might not be too bad.
I could drop the little Chief flag-waver for a Level 1 (probably Heavens) but rerolls (and Pred Fighter control) is probably more important than one more spell.

Thoughts? Critiques? Improvements?
