8th Ed. 1500 points vs skaven

Following my discussion on general forum here is my 1500 point list vs skaven, any feedback would be most welcome.

Oldblood - blade of realities, light armour
19 Saurus - spears, full command, champion

Skink Priest - lvl 2. dispel scroll
11 Skink skirmishers

Scar Vet - BSB , light armour, plaque of dominion (causes fear)
14 Saurus

10 Skink skirmishers

18 Skinks
1 Kroxigor

20 Skinks
2 Kroxigors

this list comes to 1497 points as i said any help be most appreciated, i am facing a freinds tournament skaven list that i know includes 2 doomwheels and a plague furnace with monks

firsty is it a friendly coz if not i have some stuff for you
we have 3 thing in liz book which only work on skaven
pelt banner dagger of sotek and the prophet him self
cmon man take all 3 it will be legend

Meh tailoring lists is dumb imo... Nothing wrong with making a list strong against someone... However building a counter list....

we agreed no special characters so that rules 1 out,

i thought long and hard about taking the banner but it would mean my bsb been a skink and he would be weak, also krox wouldnt benefit from frenzy cos they can only have 3 attacks from the second rank anyway. although the hatred would be nice.

i dont see much point in the dagger as all my skink units have krox so they cause fear anyway.
