8th Ed. 1500 point tourny list

I'm playing in a tournament tomorrow, its a doubles tourny, both team mates bring 1500, and play 3000 point games. No restrictions whatsoever.
My partner is playing lizardmen as well, and he is bringing 1500 points of skinks, but I haven't seen the list, so I have no idea how the points will actually be used.

My part of the deal is 1500 points of fightin' saurus, so, here be my list

Lords:
Slann (life), 3 disciplines, Becalming, Rumination, Focus.
375 points

Heroes:
Scar vet, BSB, Razor standard, armor
160 points

Core:
25 saurus, full command x2

Special
20 Temple Guard, banner, musician, flame banner

total: 1496

My role is to basically use the death star to scare the hell outta people, use the saurus as flankers

I personally prefer to use my all saurus lists "oblique ordered", I.E. deploy the whole think on a flank in a sort of staggered line so by the end of turn 2 I can usually have marched and wheeled into not allowing any flank charges, but I may have to deploy dead center. Not sure yet.

Anyways, tips, tricks, questions, comments?

Looks good.

I like the way you snuck the BSB in there. A 375pt cap definitely limits your Slann if he takes it. BUT Focus of mystery might be better traded for the Plaque of Tepok and giving him the BSB. Then you can kit out the Scar-Vet for killing! 5 out of 7 spells is pretty nice. Odds are you can pick the ones you want anyway.

Where are you putting the Scar-Vet?
