8th Ed. 1200pts lizardmen army for tournament

Hi all, I'm going to take part in 1200pts tournament at my local store. What's your opinioon about army I plan to play with:

Oldblood: great wepon, light armour, horned one

Skink priest: power lvl 2

24 Saurus warriors: spears, full command

10 skink skirmishers: blowpipes

Stegadon: giant bow

Ancient stegadon: giant blowpipes

Total: 1200pts

I consider replacing oldblood with scar-vet with the same equipment. hat would give me some spare points for plaque of tepok or a dispell scroll. I feel strange without salamanders, but it's difficult tpo squeeze them in... What do you think about replacing ancient stegadon with 4 kroxigors?

I hate to sound like a broken record, but the list could use a salamander or two. You may want to put some chameleons or Terradons in there for war machine hunters as well. If you face anyone that has a template war machine, you're stegadons are in major trouble.

Ultimately, it is your choice, of course.

yeah i think that two stegadons need some kind of protection from warmachines. i think teradons are a good offense, you can swoop in with two of them to destroy a cannon crew or similar.
