8th Ed. 1000pt list vs combined nurgle army / tetto ekko advice

hey,

i have a doubles game coming up. lizzies and HE are fighting a combined warriors and daemons of chaos army. Each army can take 100o point and the focus is on fast moving units based on the objectives of our bespoke campaign.

i would appreciate any advice on lists for the lizzie half of my team. im torn between a tetto ekko (new character for me) led army or an OB/ scarvet led list.

what are your thoughts and any ideas on lists?

i guess what i would like to know is what unit shouk i out tetto im? can he sit in a unit of skink skirmishers or does it have to be cohorts? also what size unti in a 1000point game?
