i would drop the kroxigors IMHO they are quite useless.I would drop the saurus completely because they are too slow. Then i would drop the stegadon then put one of the priests on a EotG. I would put some magic items on the priests like Cupped hand of the old ones on one then Diadem of power and, cloak of feathers on the non mounted one. Then add some skirmishers. Add some cold one cavalry and BAM! you have a fast army. This would be your updated list

This is what i would do even thought it is completely different from yours IMHO it is better but i am reasonably new to Lizardmen so lets see what the professionals say :L
