for such a beauty, i think even old grognards gan give it a pass.

and frankly, from a visual pov, round bases for single models are better. @NIGHTBRINGER will probably agree that's the only thing that was an improvement over oldhammer

Congratulations @Imrahil. What a terrific model, paint job and terrain project. Maybe I just get attached to classic things, but even after seeing the new Slann, there's still something appealing about this model. Well done, sir!
 
I don't know if it meets Nightbringer's approval to write a milestone not directly related to Lustria-Online, but I have an active Scarterra thread on L-O. I have just passed a million words on my Scarterra page.

In order to cross a million words in style, I wrote a short story called "Shoemakers' Stand" rather than a setting or gaming related article. Some concrete progress in my vague resolution to write more actual stories this year.

I suppose I cannot resist shoe makers becoming unlikely heroes. Perhaps it's due to me being raised on retro cartoons.
