Those are probably my least favourite of the Lizardmen stuff shown (at least based on the couple of pictures that we were shown). I'm obviously biased as they are of little use in WHFB. Additionally, I'm not a huge fan of the feathered look. That said, the sculpt is quite nice and I'm sure a lot of people will love these.

The Saurus Warriors are a huge improvement. I'm not sure I'm sold on the shields, but very pleased overall. Great stuff.

As for the Slann, I really like the palanquin. The actual Slann model is okay (at least from the few angles that we've seen). It's legs look really strange in my opinion. Personally I'd prefer the old Slann on the new palanquin. Of course, once we get to see the models in person, things could change.

The slaan is a definite for the hypno toad conclave - I own about 3 or 4 of the magical toad miniatures, and absolutely love the concept.

And.. well... Saurus infantry have needed a revamp for a long, long time. Not sold on the new style of shields but they will grow on me.

Oh dear guess I'm buying some GW minis again *doesn't look at hundreds of points of existing, incompletely painted Lizardmen*

They will make for a beautiful multibase for kings of war, and I couldn't care if they rank up otherwise as the main game locally is age of sigmar, and I'd happily paint a force for that if these aren't going to be $6 a model. Fat chance of that happening though.

We also have some time to set aside the money/ sell furniture to afford the new stuff coming in summer.

I'm sure the skinks will look good in masses numbers. The problem then being the cost to create those mass numbers

I wonder what they look like next to each other. The current Temple Guard kit is pretty good (much better than the old Saurus), but I wonder if they will be dwarfed by the new Saurus.

If the saurus warriors got a glow-up, I guarantee you that we will be getting glow-ups on temple guard and knights.

The Saurus Cavalry could definitely use an update... probably more so than any other unit in the Lizzie roster.
