If you're referring to the one on the right.... that could be me. :D

That's what I meant - I've always followed the mindset of the lad on the right when painting.

No need to mess about with pallets or anything, just scrape some paint off on the little cup in the lid and apply to the model. I've very rarely had GW paints get too thick to be unusable so my method works fine with them.

DecoArt on the other hand gets too thick regularly. Much bigger pots that are better value for money on initial purchase but the value drops when it starts to thicken to the point it becomes unusable.
