it's an increase of 33%. This is not an adjustment. Do you roll the points cost at random, right?

Slann 285.
Yeah, the slann is nice and strong, is the staple of basically all our builds. He's still a pure caster with just a +1 that needs additional investment (guards) to not be blown away in T1-2... and that does only that. because in melee he's toast.
so yeah, it was already overcosted but we need to use it... do you realize it costs as a Terrorgheist?!?

+15 pts to astrolith bearer... if we want to field it, it's just another tax we pay to buff our already overcosted Slann / Kroak. thanx really, more than 500 pts for our magical phase (and only that) was clearly an offender to your "balance"

Yea. Yea. When this set of chameleons goes on sale by itself I'm getting 3. As it is I'm going to try and get the new set.

I love the sneaky lizard bros and i want to paint them orange for no reason.

I really, really like the diversification of chaos cults we are seeing with warcry and whatnot.

Typical GW, Gods-awful Daughters of Khaine and Sylvaneth get Battleforces yet cool Fyreslayers don't (again because GW like boring Elves more than awesome Dwarfs), and the 40K ones are all Imperium or Chaos, don't say that they're going back to 8th Edition 40K again . Knights definitely shouldn't have got one over a Xenos faction, they shouldn't even be in in the main 40K game.

Also it makes no sense that Gloomspite get a Battleforce this year, or Kruleboyz (I'm also tempted to question Stormcast but they're Space Marine poster boys so GW will want them to have one anyway), neither of them got anything this year. Kruleboyz got their stuff and a Battleforce last year, and Gloomspite are yet to get a tome and will probably receive theirs next year.

That's a good point, I'm sure they've given Nighthaunt a box for each of the past couple of years as well, when Flesh-Eater Courts and Ossiarch haven't had one in ages. Though this time at least it's justified as they got a tome this year.

I'm not talking about "taste". Taste is subjective. You hate the Daughters of Khaine, while I think they are one of the best AoS armies. You love the Fyreslayers, while I think they are the absolute most boring army in all of AoS.

GW only cares about sales. They're also the only ones with a full and complete worldwide sales record. They produce a lot of Space Marines and SCE because those things that sell more (if Lizardmen/Seraphon outsold SM, then you'd see a lot more Lizard content). Daughters of Khaine are a waaaay more popular army than Fyreslayers, so we see much more of them.

The Skaven & SCE boxes looks pretty good.

The Nighthaunt box is excellent. Especially if you don’t have Lady Olinder, but even in that case is solid.
