Interesting question.

Hoth, Mustafar, Dagobah, Geonosis and Rhen Var are all barely habitable by human life and even if they are, there's nothing there of worth.

Corellia, Kessel, Nal Hutta and Tatooine are habitable but are all veritable shitholes. No sane person would want to visit any of these for anything except fighting crime.

Coruscant is where all the nightlife is... but I'm not a night owl.

Bespin looks pleasant but is limited by what's in Cloud City. If you don't like what's there, tough, that's your lot.

Korriban would have a lot of fascinating ruins and archaeotech, but the Dark Side of the Force is strong there. I'm not risking myself being either impaled on a red Lightsaber or turned into a Sith cultist.

Alderaan is another pleasant place, but the climate's not the best... and it also has a finite lifespan.

Sluis Van has a fascinating race of snake people as its population, but they have had ties with the Separatists, so they could also be hostile.

Kamino has awful weather plus is similarly as limited as Bespin.

Utapau and Kashyyyk both have friendly inhabitants, are potential havens for wildlife and have interesting cultures, but are too hot for me personally.

Which leaves... Naboo - Naboo has pretty much everything. Nice weather, interesting history and cultures, heaps of wildlife, pretty girls (if Padme's anything to go by ;)), friendly natives and mixture of urban and rural environments. What's not to like?
