Maybe the 8th and final season of Game of Thrones will help break my deadlock. On the flip side though, we have End Game coming out for Marvel.
This /\ This /\ this /\ thisI wish Star Trek and that zombie thing switched places. Then it would be easy.
Then it would be no fun. Such an easy decision would defeat the purpose of the exercise.I wish Star Trek and that zombie thing switched places. Then it would be easy.
Yeah I know. Then it would be no fun. Such an easy decision would defeat the purpose of the exercise.
DC and Marvel are pretty strong contenders, I wouldn't dismiss them. Recently, the MCU has been outperforming either of them. Game of Thrones was also a power player until they botched the last season. I'm not a huge Walking Dead fan, but hit has a large number of devoted fans.Yeah I know.
But it is basically Star Wars vs. Star Trek now, and we have that one already.![]()
Purpose? ......purpose?!!?Then it would be no fun. Such an easy decision would defeat the purpose of the exercise.
The purpose is to pose and contemplate a choice between two well balanced group of franchises.Purpose? ......purpose?!!?![]()

A worthy selection! Lots of great content there.Yep, I am still gonna stick with star trek.
I recently finished the GoT 8th season and while I agree that it is bad _in comparison_ with seasons 1-6 I think it is still pretty good in many ways.
Yep, it was somewhere in between. What about series 7? You didn’t mention that one![]()
I agree, but the poor end to the series makes the franchise a very far cry from the other power players in the groups (Star Wars, Star Trek, DC, Marvel). That said the Walking Dead is the weakest link in my opinion.Even if I find Game of Thrones Series 8 to be bad, it’ll still be miles better than the Walking Dead
The cinematography was still top notch (except for episode 3). The acting was great. Only the story and pacing sucked, but those are kind of important.I recently finished the GoT 8th season and while I agree that it is bad _in comparison_ with seasons 1-6 I think it is still pretty good in many ways.
