The video's creator used a mod in Fallout 4 to be able to play as a synth with all the dissonant hilarity that ensues due to the base game proceeding as normal, especially in the settlement depicted. Your standard "What your character looks like in a cutscene" gag really, which was about the extent of the humour I intended to share with that video. Admittedly, the rest is rather tasteless.

So I had this plan to beat Super Mario 3 playing every level, no warps or skips. About seven hours in I was halfway through World Seven. Dad unplugged the Nintendo because I hadn't mowed the lawn yet.

I had to wait for Mario All Stars to re-release Mario 3 with save points to beat the game without warp whistles....

Lack of save points was why I refused to play console games for many years.
