Probably OK then for many. Being small is both an advantage and disadvantage (casting spells needs line of sight). You'd still be "that guy" though.

Elite, fast, deals mortal wounds. Not sure if Crystal Touch affects their ranged weapons, can't be bothered to read fully.
And I think I have a player that has a DoK army.... well it's going to be fun times battling her later on.

I think the inspiration comes from the Sisters of Slaughter kit.
