Sup guys im fairly new to aos or even table top games for that matter but anyways im having trouble understanding points for matched play. so is a unit of say 5 knights the same price as a unit of 20 knights? Sorry if this is a dumb question but im trying to put a army together to go play my first game. Any help would be greatly appriated
Not a dumb question at all! Welcome to AoS! The points cost listed is for the minimum unit size. In the case of knights, they cost 120 points per 5 knights. 5 knights - 120 points 10 knights - 240 points 15 knights -360 points 20 knights - 480 points Now here is the kicker- say you wanted to field 12 knights... They still cost 360 points because you pay the minimum unit cost for UP TO the minimum number of models in the unit. Hope that made sense
