Made a new piece of scenery. It's always nice to use sick bowls for something other than their intended use!

Not done an awful lot since I last posted, although I have been working on another Bastiladon. I converted a objective marker/static Ark of Sotek out of the pieces for that, and am about halfway through the main model

I am also planning on painting some of my resin models (Skink Starseer, Saurus Eternity Warden and Sunblood). What's the protocol with preparing them again?

    For resin:
    - remove flash
    - scrub them with a toothbrush in warm water with a bit of dish soap. The warm water also helps with warped parts.
    - get rid of the dish soap
    - let them dry
    - assemble using super glue and paint them.

I received a set of Skinks for Christmas and can't decide how to build them. I currently have ten with clubs and boltspitters and ten with shields and javelins. Do you guys think I should do another ten of each, or ten with boltspitters and shields and ten with clubs and shields?

It depends a bit on what you use them for but my favourite are boltspitters and shields.

A friend of mine is looking to achieve this effect on his models - any advice on how to go about doing it?

Air brushing everything on the blueish green and gore blood is my hypothesis !

I have seen these before, they are quite stunning for Stormcast, a porcelain/marble looking armor. Don't know how he did it, but the minis are Jake's (aka Bruticus?) Immortal Tribunal.

This is what I gathered from the comments section:

Finally getting round to prepping my resin models and doing my scenery. With the modular ones like the Ophidian Archway and Numinous Occulum, I currently have them in their component pieces still in terms of how they are arranged. Is it plausible to keep them like this during painting and playing to arrange them how I like each time, or would you recommend just glueing them into an arrangement and keeping them that way?

It looks to me like a blueish-green base coat, followed but drybrushing Ustabi Bone, Ratkin Flesh, and possibly Ulthuan Grey if you want a touch more "white" look.
