Its a cliche tradition, but I enjoy it. There is no better time to change or start something as NOW, but a new calendar is also a great way to keep it in check. For 2017 I would like to: Hobby: Fix my paint box Have an AoS army Play some AoS (Once a month) Write some fluff (Once a moment) Learn to paint? (Once a week) Personal: Get a job Make a blog Make a website Finish my studies Brush on my German Thing I hope to keep doing Gym, donating blood, and being more social. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to all (if applies)
Well for Christmas I got an unexpected Arduino board, so I suppose I have to add something. Learn and use a micro controler
Finish more miniatures than 2016 Start miniatures as commissions/trades (when the skill gets better, not sure. Depends if I am ready or not) Need to think of a few more outside the miniature hobby.
+1 I didn't set them as "resolutions" but I had some hobby goals for this year and next. This Year - Paint Jungle Fortress (complete in May) - Start and finish temple-city background story (complete in December) - Paint and model Bretonnian army (mostly done, except for questing/grail knights and some unfinished peasants) - Base miniatures (nope) Next Year - Add scenery/weathering to Jungle Fortress - Start and finish a second temple-city background story, or start a new one on samurai lizardmen - Finish modelling/painting current Bretonnian army - Base miniatures (goal is to finish at least one army this year)
