I actually like many types of salad a lot. Unfortunately it doesn't matter how much salad you eat, that alone doesn't make a healthy life style.

Probably the opposite - struggling to keep my weight above the bare minimum! Bloody cans*** has had the effect of giving me an eating disorder. They are the only things I can reliably eat!
No... but eating enough vegetables is the weakest point of my lifestyle. I get plenty of exercise, so I am good on that front. I don't smoke, drink or do any drugs. I try to stay away from very unhealthy foods (for the most part). The biggest problem for me is that I never eat enough vegetables... so that salad helps (a little) with that. Are they delicious at least?
